Jeff Bragg, Founder & CEO, has years of experience navigating complex communication challenges in large organizations.
Before founding StoryPulse Media, Jeff spent years in retail pharmacy, helping develop and implement new services and operational strategies for one of the country’s largest healthcare companies. Along the way, he learned an important lesson: how you communicate change can be just as important as the change itself.
That realization led him increasingly toward video. Communicating with more than 100,000 colleagues across nearly 10,000 locations, Jeff became a writer and producer of content designed to explain complex initiatives, build understanding, and help teams put new ideas into action.
Today, he brings that combination of business experience, communication strategy, and filmmaking to StoryPulse Media—helping organizations communicate more effectively with employees, customers, and other important audiences.
His approach starts by making the message clear, engaging, credible, and authentic. Because when you can’t deliver an important message personally to everyone who needs to hear it, a thoughtfully crafted video can be the next best thing.
